The Board has approved the Group HR Policy Framework to ensure that all employees are remunerated fairly and to align the business objectives of each Group Company with specific and measurable individual objectives and goals, the business strategy, objectives, and long-term interests of UniCredit Banking Group. This Policy is also structured so as to minimise actual or potential conflicts of interest and is consistent with and promotes sound and effective risk management.
